Dusit Thani Bangkok led by Titiya Xuto, VP Operations – Thailand and General Manager in collaboration with the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam led by H.E. Mr. Nguyen Hai Bang, Ambassador of Vietnam to Thailand and the Thai Vietjet Air led by Mr. Luong Truong An, Executive Vice President, recently organized an opening cocktail reception for the weeklong "Vietnamese Food & Cultural Promotion" at the hotel's Thien Duong restaurant. This event was well attended by some Asean members of the Diplomatic Circle and distinguished guests.
Flying in from Ho Chi Minh City is Chef Bui Van Dam who will present the original interpretation of selected a la carte Vietnamese dishes on offer to all guests during the weeklong promotion.
On hand to complete a Vietnamese atmosphere to the promotion are a Thai-Viet painting exhibition at the Champagne Bar as well as Vietnamese musical artists from Hanoi entertaining the guests at lunch and dinner time.
