Pramote Thanya, Deputy Governor of Ubon Ratchathani Province and Chatchai Panyoo, Acting Chief Executive Officer of THAI Smile Airways join those gathered at a recent ceremony to present Phansa candles conferred by His Majesty the King and raincloths conferred by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn for the Candle Festival to mark the beginning of Buddhist Lent for 2018 at the Ubon Ratchathani Airport. The candles and the raincloths were to be presented to Buddhist monks at Wat Maha Vajarn in Muang District of Ubon Ratchathani.
