The new selection presents a modern interpretation of classic Thai dishes, prepared to serve using only high-quality ingredients for a perfect balance of authentic flavours Thai cuisine is known for.
Sample highlight dishes from the menu including Spicy Thai fish and herb salad that boasts not only a wonderful balance of contrasting flavours, but also textures all playing against each other in every bite. Suan Bua also presents the popular Tom Yum as a delectable Tom Yum Talay fried rice, beautifully wrapped and served in exotic lotus leaf – guaranteed to be the fried rice that you can't stop eating. Last but not least, try Trio of steamed seafood curry, full of the delicious, aromatic flavours of Thai spices and herbs. The dish is served in bamboo with tri-coloured Jasmine rice.
