Our talented Hong Kong native Chef Jackie Chan knows the value of family and has prepared two superb Mother's Day Set Menus and a Mother's Day Lunch Set Menu, just to make the day all the more memorable.
Menu A features six fabulous courses including such delicacies as Braised Fresh Crab Meat and Fish Maw Bamboo Pitch Soup, a savory Roasted Peking Duck that is the very delicious epitome of this famous dish, Steamed Snow Fish with Wild Mushroom and so much more that you will wish Mother's Day happened more often!
Menu B offers you seven courses with the Roasted Peking Duck and a few taste bud teasing variances, such as Deep-fried Snow Fish with Black Pepper Sauce, Braised Black Mushrooms and Goose Web, and a charming dessert which a delicate taste, Chilled Sweet Safo with Gingko Nuts in Milky Cream, and more of course.
And if you cannot make it for dinner, why not try the Mother's Day Set Lunch Menu, also offering many of your favorites and some real delights, as well as the classics of the dinner menu such as our chef's famous Roasted Peking Duck.
