The spicy, earthy flavours of China's Sichuan Province are on the menu at Oasis in Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya throughout August.
Specials include crispy squid in salt and garlic, spicy pig's ear, hot and sour soup with chicken, fragrant chilli chicken, hot and aromatic ma po tofu, and imperial king prawns with crushed peanuts, red chillies, and a tangy sweet-sour sauce.
The spicy Sichuan dishes are available daily for lunch and dinner at Oasis.
