During 6th – 18th September 2018, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, is featuring special dishes that are renowned in Piemonte - the city from the northwest corner of Italy, bordering France and Switzerland, for both lunch and dinner at Don Giovanni Italian Restaurant.
The region of Piemonte is famous for its fresh and traditional food. The special highlight menus are such as traditional "Bagna Caoda" olive oil, butter, garlic and anchovy sauce served with roasted vegetable (THB 620++); truffle flavoured cook ham served with broad bean chestnut rosemary cake (THB 780++); potato gnocchi with Fontina cheese cream sauce (THB 650++), and many delicious choices.
