The fiery flavours of piri piri, or pepper pepper cooking using bird-eye chilli, are well displayed at Oasis, Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya, with the chefs preparing a special piri piri menu throughout September.
Piri piri pizza (350 baht) has chicken in a peppery sauce, and there is a piri piri chicken breast (300 baht) with Portuguese rice. Other piri piri chicken dishes include chicken wings (250 baht for six, 400 baht for 12), and chicken burger (320 baht).
Piri piri grilled pork belly (340 baht) is served with mashed potatoes, and piri piri king prawns (450 baht) are served on a skewer.
