Bangkok--4 Oct--SALA Hospitality
Just how much free-flow does it takes to get the good times flowing at SALA Samui Chaweng Beach Resort's new Sunday brunch?
Make a date with family and friends every Sunday at SALA Samui Chaweng Beach Resort, where the classic brunch is given a personalised twist with cook-to-order treats and as-you-wish beverage packages.
The Socially Acceptable package offers as many soft drinks as desired throughout the duration of the brunch, including fresh juices and creative mocktails such as Summer Cup (watermelon and elderflower), Tea Thyme (Earl Grey, burnt lemon, rose, thyme), and Mango Mule (mango, fig, ginger). On top of that, Socially Dedicated brunchers can also enjoy bottomless local beer, Samui fruit sangria, plus house white, rose, and red wine to add some shimmer to the afternoon. Going all out with the Sunday festivities is the Socially Committed package which opens up the bar to include house spirits, sparkling wine, and a selection of cocktails including Pimm's Cup, Woo Woo, and the Sunday classic Bloody Mary.
Keeping with the unlimited theme, guests can order as many of the cooked to order small plates as they wish. Turf small plates include beef short ribs with potato and horseradish; lamb shoulder with garden peas and mint; and Merquez pork sausage risotto. Other seafood options include mussels with Thai basil and lemongrass; ocean trout with asparagus spears and hollandaise; and blue swimmer crab and cherry tomato linguine.
There's also a number of vegetable-based dishes, including poached egg with grilled Portobello mushrooms; roasted cauliflower with cumin and hummus; and truffled Parmigiano arancini.
While guests are waiting for their orders, they are encouraged to browse the buffet line, where delicately steamed seafood are presented in all their glory on ice with a choice of sauces to bring out their delicate flavours. A selection of catch of the day is also put on the grill for a sizzling addition to the brunch. Scrumptious cold cuts, cheeses, and mouth-watering bakery items add to the complete range of culinary offerings.
Throughout the service, the team of attentive staff at beachfront restaurant and bar pass around bite-sized treats so guests don't have an excuse not to get up and take in the sparkling sea views from the sun mottled al fresco terrace.
