Tim Spedding, one of the most exciting chefs in the UK with an impressive milestone that includes Michelin star restaurant, is delighted to give you a taste of his farm to table menus at Favola. The 04-course set dinner features Tim's signature dishes collaborated with local produce; starts off with light Langoustine soup and grilled scallops, then move onto slow-roasted lamb rack, mint + anchovy and finish off with burnt Clementine granita + buttermilk mousse.
After he embarks his culinary extraordinaire showcase with select 04 Marriott International hotels in Bangkok, the exclusive wine dinner with Tim will finalize at Favola Italian Restaurant, Le Meridien Suvarnabhumi, Bangkok Golf Resort and Spa before he takes off to United Kingdom.
