The renowned one Michelin-star restaurant, Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin welcomes the season of mild breezes and festivities with the new Winter Journey set dinner menu, available from 5 October 2018.
Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin Head Chef Chayawee Suthcharitchan in collaboration with Chef Henrik Yde Andersen of Copenhagen's famous Kiin Kiin restaurant, has unwrapped the restaurant's latest dining secrets as part of a new set dinner menu that is based upon the florescent, elements and flavours of the cooler climate in the winter months.
Winter Journey, comprising eight tantalising courses, begins with Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin's famous ' street food' nibbles such as pad-krapow chicken eggplant with basil foam; lotus in lotus salmon, ginger and soya lime; Thai coconut pudding; and marshmallow Chinese bun with sweet pork.
The captivating set dinner features tom klong served with grilled lobster head, ginger, lime and prawn cracker aioli; beef ceviche with avocado in spicy marinade; green curry risotto with lobster and fava beans, and satay-grilled octopus served with grilled onion peanut sauce and onion tapioca.
"This amazing eight course set dinner concludes perfectly with a truly mesmerising and enchanting dessert," explained Chef Chayawee Suthcharitchan. "The cherry rose with lychee foam and sticky rice, is served with seasonal fruit as my special surprise."
The playful flavours and elements of the Winter Journey set menu are crafted and choreographed with care and precision to bring out the distinctive Thai flavours in each dish using daring combinations.
The Winter Journey set dinner menu at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin, available from 5 October 2018, is priced at THB 3,200++. Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin is open daily for lunch from 12 noon to 15:00 hrs. and from 18:00 hrs. to 24:00 hrs (last order at 21:00 hrs.) for dinner.
