On Wednesday, 14 November 2018, a select group of diners were treated to a dinner featuring JmSeleque Champagne from France. Chef Nikolas Ramirez crafted eight courses to pair perfectly with eight JmSeleque champagnes, including Pierry Rouge 2015, of which there are only 250 bottles in the world.
