Photo Release: Department of Consular Affairs joins hands with KBank to offer e-payment service for online visa application

Bangkok--3 Dec--KASIKORNBANK Recently, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Chaisiri Anaman (2nd from right), Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Chatri Archjananun (left), Director-General of Department of Consular Affairs, and Mr. Predee Daochai (right), KBank President, jointly launched the Thai e-Visa service, aimed at facilitating foreign nationals in making online visa application, starting from completing the visa application form to submitting the required documents. It also features e-payment service to offer greater convenience for applying Thai visa anywhere anytime via the system that meets the required international security standards. Thai e-Visa service will be available first in China, Britain and France at the beginning of 2019. A target has been set to expand the service to all countries having Thai Embassies and Consulates within three years.
