Guests can celebrate the arrival of the new year with family and friends at a dinner buffet showcasing the cuisine of four distinct regions of Thailand - Central, North, Northeast, and South. Team chefs will be preparing roasted beef striploin and there will be a barbecue station, seafood on ice, pizza and pasta station, a salmon fish station, and festive desserts, including Thai desserts, home-made Black Forest cake, assorted of creme brulee, seasonal fresh fruits and much more.
