Chef Gibb has specially prepared a five-course menu to set the mood with exotic flavours.
The Valentine's dinner begins with delicacies from the sea including Japanese uni and the sturgeon caviar. The second course presents a Rich duck beetroot foie gras. A fusion of Italian and Japanese flavours is featured in the third course with a dish of homemade pasta, Canadian lobster, mentaiko, and yuzu.
The flavours crescendo to the main course where guests may choose from the Australian beef tenderloin with autumn truffle and porcini or the Atlantic cod fish with autumn truffle and Peruvian asparagus.
Fresh Yayoihime strawberries with white chocolate and honeycomb creates the perfect finale for a truly sensual and memorable evening of fine dining.

For a truly personalized Valentine's experience the ZOOM Sky Bar & Restaurant provides four sophisticated seating selections for guests to choose from.
Plush seating on the exclusive balcony offers the best cityscape views and ultimate seclusion, while cosy sofa seats create an intimate dining experience. The open-air, skyline views continue to impress from seats in the luxurious dining zone deck and high tables along the empire zone.
