Chef Luke Borg comes an extended family of hoteliers and restaurateurs. He cut his teeth in Michelin-starred restaurant in Scotland before taking the helm as Head Chef at The Arches Restaurant & Wine Cellar in Malta, where he won numerous restaurant awards. After graduating from The University of Malta with a Diploma in Gastronomy Studies, Luke placed first out of 400 contestants from 21 countries at 2014's European Chef of the Year.
Chef Luke went on to apply his expertise as Executive Chef in hotels and restaurants across the world, including Muscat's 5* Hormuz Grand Hotel, the Radisson Blu in Mozambique and the Marriott in Guinea. In 2017, he was named among the top 100 chefs in the Gulf Cooperation, comprised of seven Middle Eastern nations.
