This Valentine's Day is the opportunity to enjoy the true treasure of the sea with our delectable Lobster Lovers Valentine Menu, made especially for two, this 14th February, Valentine's Day, at KiSara Japanese restaurant.
Lobster is not only an exquisitely delicious dish, regarded as one of the heights of gourmet dining. It is also an ideal emblem of true love and devotion when shared with your beloved, as lobsters mate with only one partner for their entire life.
Our fabulously lavish Lobster Lovers Valentine Menu is served in one plate so you can enjoy it together, basking in each other's sweet affection. It begins with Saki-zuke, a bite-sized amuse-bouche displaying our famous chef's skills and taste, followed by a succession of pure delight.
On this intimate evening, you will enjoy Homard-ebi Otsukuri, with the strong sweet taste of Canadian lobster developed into sashimi, before moving on to a filling Kuroge Wagyu Hokkaidogyu Kaminabe, thinly sliced Hokkaido Kuroge Wagyu A3 grade beef sirloin and vegetables with chicken ginger soup in a fascinating Kaminabe paper hotpot and Homard Ebitsume Furai, a deep-fried Canadian lobster's claw with a garden salad.
The romance continues over a palate-pleasing Ichigo Champagne no Granite, which is a Strawberry-Champagne Granite. Homard-ebi Teppanyaki, the irresistible Candian lobster, as Teppanyaki, with a Japanese lobster sauce is next, followed by Unagi Gohan Seiromushi, steamed and sliced grilled freshwater eel, egg omelet and Shiso leaves on a bed of Uruchimai rice in Seiro wooden box.
Finish off this celebration of romance with our Vanilla to Lychee no Mousse Bara no chocolate sphere wo Soete, a fruity vanilla lychee mousse with a rose chocolate sphere.
