Mr. Pisit Serewiwattana (third left), President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), and Mr. Chainid Adhyanasakul (third right), Chief Executive Officer and Chief Executive Director of Property Perfect Pcl., recently signed a loan agreement whereby EXIM Thailand provided a credit facility worth 7,500 million yen to finance the company's "YU Kiroro" condominium project, the first ski-in/ski-out condominium in Kiroro Resort, Hokkaido. The Bank supports high-potential Thai entrepreneurs in expanding their investment abroad in response to increasing demand for real estates in Japan by tourists and Asian investors.
