Mr. Kittawat Ritteerawee, President of Amway for Thai Society Foundation, the Foundation Committee Members, and a group of volunteering Amway Business Owners recently held a Happy Farm Caravan field day at Ban Thumhin Border Patrol Police School in Ratchaburi's Suan Phueng district together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Suwimol Sapwarobol from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Chulalongkorn University as part of their school visit to witness successful implementation of 'Happy Healthy Farm for Kids' program. All participants were welcomed by
Pol. Lt. Col. Wissanu Chana-aksorn, Commander of Border Patrol Police Company 137 along with the teachers and students. The field day engaged all of them in integrated farming activities, nutrition education, souvenir giveaway and fun activities.
Happy Healthy Farm for Kids is aimed at promoting the nutrition and health of 2,500 children in 16 border patrol police schools under supervision of Border Patrol Police Sub-division 13, Fort Phra Phutthayotfa, Phanom Thuan, Kanchanaburi. On this occasion, the Foundation has provided a total funding of 1.6 million baht in support of the total program's operation.
