Prajya Phinyawat (8th from left), Chairman of the Board of Directors, together with directors and Phongsthorn Thavisin (8th from right), President and Chief Executive Officer, PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP), held the 2019 Annual General Shareholders' Meeting to report the company's business performance and target growth direction. It is resolved that the meeting approved the dividend payment for the year 2018 at the rate of 5 Baht per share. The meeting was held at Bangkok Convention Center, Central Plaza Ladprao.
