From Mon - Fri, noon - 2:30 p.m., Siam@Siam Design Hotel Bangkok's ground-floor restaurant, and event space serves a delicious selection of classic dishes from Japan, China, Vietnam and, of course, Thailand, to name just a few countries.
For only THB. 329++/ person, diners can enjoy flavorful favourites like nasi goreng (stir-fried rice with vegetables and meat) from Malaysia, aloo gobi (a vegetarian dish of spiced potatoes and cauliflower) from India, grilled fish with teriyaki sauce from Japan, and fresh spring rolls from Vietnam.
Classic Thai tastes are also catered for with Sukhothai noodle soup and options like marinated chicken, pork neck and fish fillet from the Grill Station, served with Thai chili, sweet chili or seafood sauces.
A Street Food station offers everything from Chinese dim sum to Laotian papaya salad with anchovy, while diners can also choose from vast selections at the Salad Station, a variety of Asia dips with fresh and boiled vegetables, and Japanese sushi rolls.
