The main ingredient, the noodle that is made from rice, stir-fried with eggs some tofu and shrimp. Typically flavored with some tamarind pulp, fish sauce, garlic, chilies and palm sugar, served with lime wedge, scallions, beansprouts and toasted peanuts.
