The versatile fruit works well in both savory and sweet recipes, whether it is in a classic Thai salad, finished with roasted peanuts and chili, or added to a spicy catfish salad with green mango. Other menu highlights include a duck breast given a fusion twist with the addition of a mango sauce, and an impressive range of mango desserts, including popular Thai Mango sticky rice, mango cheesecake, mango mousse and mango panna cotta.
