In this week's episode of "Brainchild", the audience is introduced to Udomrat Wongsombat, a man who has come up with more than 200 inventions including a garbage collecting robot that can work both in water and on land, and is controlled via mobile phone. Another example of his creativity is a vacuum cleaner made from a fan that helps reduce PM2.5 dust particles.
His YouTube channel, where he presents his creative ideas, has hundreds of thousands of followers. The show's experts, Bhanudej "Duke" Vatanasuchart, Punyawee "Por" Sukkhunvoraset and Dr. Chit Laowattana, challenged him to create an invention that is more intelligent than humans and more importantly, is related to the environment. Udomrat accepted the challenge and came back with a pork-mincing machine, a chili dip machine and a feeder. Let's find out whether his inventions make the cut!
In the "Perd Lok Idea" (Exploring Ideas) segment, Manita Farmer takes the audience to learn about the life cycle of butterflies at the Bangkok Butterfly Garden and Insectarium which is home to various species of butterflies and insects. It is a place where visitors can enjoy and learn about nature at the same time as helping raise awareness of the importance of environmental and wildlife conservation.
