White asparagus is in season in Germany, and Fireplace Grill and Bar at InterContinental Bangkok is featuring this prized delicacy throughout April and May.
Austrian Chef Sebastian Reischer is serving white asparagus poached, sauteed or grilled, with hollandaise sauce. Poached white asparagus is also available with soft-boiled quail egg and warm sherry vinaigrette; in a salad with lobster; and pan-roasted beef tenderloin is accompanied by grilled white asparagus.
Fireplace Grill and Bar serves Contemporary European cuisine from its modern open kitchen and is open for both lunch and dinner.
Prices start from Baht 420++. Available from 1 April – 31 May 2019, Monday – Friday from 12:00 – 14:30 hours for lunch and every day from 18:30 – 22:30 hours for dinner.
