Mr.Tan Passakornnatee (sixth from the right) Chairman and Mrs.Eng Passakornnatee (fifth from the right) Chairwoman and members of the Board of Directors of of Ichitan Group Public Company Limited (ICHI) were together take the memorial photo of the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) which held at Busarakam Ballroom, 2nd Floor, AVANI Atrium Bangkok recently. The meeting resolved to approve all agenda as proposed by the Board and approved the annual dividend payment of 2018 at the rate of 0.05 baht / share, which is the payment date at 21 May 2019.
