After completing her term as Chief Executive Officer and President of Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited on 31 May 2019, Mrs. Sasitorn Phongsathorn (Chatsirivichaikul) continues to serve as a Chief Executive Officer and President of the LH Financial Group Public Company Limited (LHFG), to integrate the overall strategy of the Land and Houses Financial Business Group. This restructuring of the Land and Houses Financial Business Group to increase the efficiency of the management along with LHFG still has CTBC as a strategic partner.
Mr. Rutt Phanijphand, Chairman, said that over the past 14 years of her work with Land and Houses Bank, Mrs. Sasitorn lead the bank to success. She also has a significant role in driving growth and strengthening the bank.
In addition, the bank has reinforced its executive lineup by appointing Ms. Chompoonoot Pathomporn as the President which effective on 1 June 2019, replace Mrs. Sasitorn Phongsathorn that completed her term. Presently, Ms. Chompoonoot is 55 years old, she graduated with a bachelor's degree in Commerce and Accounting, Thammasat University and Master of Business Administration, Bangkok University. And Ms. Chompoonoot is a highly successful executive in the financial sector, and I am confident that she will lead the bank to achieve the goal," Mr. Rutt said.
