Siam Commercial Bank and the world's leading manufacturer of solar panels Talesun Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. recently presented 61 solar panels to the Royal Thai Air Force. A Chinese company under the Zhongli Sci-Technology Group, Talesun is one of SCB's valued customers. The solar panels have been provided to the Royal Thai Air Force's disaster relief center for two years in a row to be used to provide clean, renewable low-cost energy for water filtration systems in nine schools and communities in Nakhon Ratchasima, Surat Thani, Chiang Mai, Phitsanulok, and Songkhla provinces. At the presentation ceremony held recently at the Royal Thai Air Force Headquarters, Air Chief Marshal Thawonwat Chantanakom in his capacity as Assistant Commander-in-chief represented the Royal Thai Air Force in receiving solar panels from Mr. Wang Baixing, Chairman of Talesun Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and President of Zhongli Sci-Tech Group. Joining the ceremony were SCB Internal Communication and CSR Function First Executive Vice President Ms. Araya Phuphanich and SCB China Business Function Executive Vice President Mr. Manop Sangiambut.
