Honda Automobile (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is exhibiting a total of eight models, highlighting three new models launched in 2019 including the all-new Honda Accord, the new Honda BR-V, and the Honda HR-V with a new interior color, at the Fast Auto Show Thailand 2019, an exhibition and sale of new and used cars from leading automobile companies. Honda will also have many special offers for all models at the Honda booth A04, Hall 106, Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC), Bangna, from June 26 to June 30, 2019.
The all-new Honda Accord, a premium sports sedan that fits customers' different lifestyle needs, offers advanced technologies and is available with two power options:
- The all-new Honda Accord TURBO EL at 1,475,000 baht comes with a 1.5 Liter Di VTEC TURBO engine with a maximum of 190 Ps. It is highly responsive with maximum torque of 243 Newton-meters produced by Honda's advanced Direct Injection, with instant response from the Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). The powerful 1.5L turbo engine offers better performance than the 2.4L engine in the previous generation of the Accord, as well as impressive fuel efficiency of 16.4 kilometers/liter, which is better than the previous 2.0L engine. In addition, the turbo engine is environmentally-friendly and E85-compatible.
- The all-new Honda Accord Hybrid comes with a Sport Hybrid Intelligent Multi- Mode Drive (i-MMD) System with a 2.0 Liter Atkinson Cycle DOHC i-VTEC 4-cylinder, 16-valve engine with two electric motors, E-CVT, and a lithium-ion battery that produces a maximum of 215 Ps. The engine can smoothly and intelligently switch between different driving modes in response to various driving conditions. The Accord Hybrid also comes with Honda SENSING, an advanced premium safety technology. The new stylish exterior and interior design perfectly blends with the model's sports premium characteristics, and many advanced technology features meet the customer's requirements for different types of use. The all-new Honda Accord Hybrid is available in two variants: the HYBRID variant at 1,639,000 baht and the HYBRID TECH variant at 1,799,000 baht. Customers can experience the all-new Honda Accord Hybrid at the show, ahead of its official delivery in July 2019.
The new Honda BR-V is an active sport crossover vehicle with a new tough-looking and sporty design that includes a new front grille, projector headlights with LED position lights, LED daytime running lights, newly-designed fog lights, and sporty 16-inch alloy wheels. It is powered by a 1.5 Liter i-VTEC engine that is compatible with E85 fuel and delivers 117 horsepower, plus a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) developed under Honda's Earth Dreams Technology. The new Honda BR-V also offers many standard safety features to ensure safe driving under all conditions. The simple but luxurious interior features a sporty new seat design plus a spacious and comfortable cabin that is simple to adjust for a variety of uses. The new Honda BR-V is available in a SV variant with a three-row, seven-seat cabin configuration at 835,000 baht; and a V variant with a two-row, five-seat cabin configuration at 765,000 baht. It also comes in a new Passion Red Pearl color.
The new Honda HR-V offers upgraded styling with two new interior color options: Oxblood for the RS variant and two-tone Ivory/Black for the EL variant, along with two new exterior color options: Platinum White Pearl and Modern Steel Metallic. The Honda HR-V's distinctively-designed exterior and interior styling has a sportier look with a spacious passenger cabin. It is powered by a 1.8 Liter SOHC, 4-cylinder, 16-valve i-VTEC engine that delivers 141 horsepower at 6,500 rpm and maximum torque of 172 Newton-meters at 4,300 rpm, plus a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) developed under Honda's Earth Dreams Technology that provides both good driving performance and fuel efficiency. The engine is compatible with E85 fuel. The interior of the HR-V is versatile and spacious with generous utility and cargo space. The multi-utility rear seats feature three folding options including Long Mode, Tall Mode, and Utility Mode. Fully equipped with comfort features and advanced safety technologies, the new Honda HR-V is available in three variants: the E variant at 949,000 baht, the EL variant at 1,059,000 baht, and the RS variant at 1,119,000 baht.
Another five favorite Honda models are also on display at the Honda booth: the Honda City, Honda Jazz, Honda Civic, Honda Civic Hatchback, and Honda CR-V. There are many special offers for each model to help make customer buying decisions easier, including:
- The "Double Smile" campaign when buying a vehicle through Honda Leasing, which offers a zero-baht down payment or low installments starting at 4,000 baht plus one year of first-class insurance for any Honda Brio, Brio Amaze, Mobilio, City, Jazz, and CR-V; or a zero-baht down payment or low installments starting at 9,000 baht for the Honda BR-V, HR-V, Civic, and Civic Hatchback. Both options are available to every customer who makes a booking from June 26 to June 30, 2019, and takes delivery of the vehicle within July 31, 2019.
- An installment support campaign when leasing a car through participating financial institutions. Honda is pleased to support City and Jazz customers with payments of 1,000 baht a month; 1,500 baht a month for the Mobilio; 2,500 baht a month for the Brio and Brio Amaze; and 3,000 baht a month for the CR-V over a period of 12 months. This offer is available for every customer who makes a booking from June 26 to June 30, 2019, and takes delivery of the vehicle within July 31, 2019.
Honda is also pleased to have special offers for specific models for every booking before June 30, 2019, that completes delivery within August 31, 2019, such as:
- The new Honda BR-V, with the "Trade-up to a new Honda BR-V" campaign. Customers who trade in their current car for a new Honda BR-V at any Honda showroom nationwide will receive a BR-V Journey set valued at 4,590 baht, which includes a 3,000 baht prepaid gasoline card and a special folding picnic table worth 1,590 baht.
- Bangchak members and their families can register via the Bangchak Mobile application or at www.bcpgreenmiles.com to receive a 3,000 baht Bangchak gasoline card (Limit one card per car and customers can only choose this offer or the "Trade-up to a new Honda BR-V" offer).
- The all-new Honda Accord has a special offer to ensure customer confidence with the Honda Ultimate Care Program that extends the warranty period for an additional two years or 40,000 kilometers, which means total coverage of either five years or up to 140,000 kilometers plus Honda 24hr Roadside Assistance. Exclusively for the Hybrid model, Honda is offering a 10-year warranty on the battery and a 5-year warranty on the entire Honda Hybrid system with unlimited mileage and free labor cost for regular check-ups for either five years or up to 100,000 kilometers. Customers who make a booking for the all-new Honda Accord HYBRID or HYBRID TECH from May 16 until June 30, 2019, and take delivery within August 31, 2019, will also receive a 16,990 baht Garmin Forerunner 645 Music limited edition smartwatch in a slate color for free.
