The widely reported Thai Baht strength is finally beginning to impact the property market, but for every negative there is a positive and sellers looking to repatriate funds to their native countries are often recording huge gains in local currency. It also means that it's worth making an offer on properties that have spent a little time on the market as if the seller is repatriating funds they will now regularly accept a large discount.
Properties in vogue remain foreign name 2 bed condo's close to baht bus routes ideally priced in the 3-5 million range. If you're looking to sell please get in touch ASAP.
