Our Chef will present the popular Salmon and Trout promotion of a fabulous selection of creative courses. These two healthy and delicate fish are offered with traditional Italian style and flair, where each dish becomes a gourmet's dream come true. Enjoy a mouth-watering selection of exclusive Italian Salmon & Trout dishes featuring Oven Roasted Salmon Fillet Stuffed with Spinach, Crab Meat & Sundried Tomato in Green Pea-Basil Puree (THB 790++); Salmon & Trout Tartare with Avocado Served with Mesclun Salad (THB 340++); as well as desserts such as Chilled Rhubarb Pannacotta with Fresh Berries (THB 220++).
