The legendary Bangkok establishment is known for their skilful execution of menus that combine both taste and presentation and this new series of dishes is no different. The chanterelle is highly popular in French cooking, adding a crisp burst of flavour to meat-centric dishes, along with a beautiful golden colour that is pleasing to the eye. Our chefs pair roasted chanterelles with grilled lobster tail for a hearty and flavourful mushroom consomme, while ravioli is given a luxurious update with the addition of foie gras and chanterelles. Another anticipated highlight is the truffle jus pork terrine salad of marinated chanterelle with pistachio, a highly complex mix of flavours that should prove popular with most diners.
