Canada-based Ground Effects (Thailand), worldwide leader in spray-on bed liners and multi-faceted automotive accessories, recently inked a ready-built factory (RBF) lease agreement with WHA Industrial Development. The new site, located at WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 1 (WHA ESIE 1), will use the latest environmentally friendly technologies to offer mass-scale vehicle customization services to its customers worldwide.
