EXIM Thailand has announced the appointment of Mrs. Wanpen Unchundacha as Executive Vice President in charge of Finance and Compliance function line comprising Accounting Department, Risk Management Department, Compliance Department and General Administration Department, taking effect from November 1, 2019 onwards.
Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand) has appointed Mrs. Wanpen Unchundacha as Executive Vice President in charge of EXIM Thailand's accounting and budget management in conformity with its policy, accounting standards and regulatory rules, risk management, monitoring of the Bank's operation and conduct of business in compliance with the laws and internal as well as external regulations, and procurement and management of office materials and work systems in relation to the Bank's premises and equipment. The appointment became effective on November 1, 2019.
Mrs. Wanpen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Thammasat University, Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Ramkhamhaeng University, and Master of Science in Accountancy from Thammasat University. She formerly worked as Vice President of Internal Audit Department, Secondary Mortgage Corporation, and Chief Financial Officer, BT World Lease Co., Ltd., prior to joining EXIM Thailand in 2007. She was appointed Senior Vice President of International Project Department in 2016 and Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Department 3 in 2018.
