Bangkok Land Public Company Limited notified the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) of the Board of Directors resolution at the meeting no. 2/2020, held on 4 March 2020. The board approved the share repurchase project No. 4 in an amount not exceeding 2.085 billion baht or equivalent to a total number of no more than 1,737,440,105 shares, 10% of the total shares issued by the Company. The repurchase period will be from 19 March - 18 September 2020, on the stock exchange of Thailand. The company’s retained earnings as of 31 December 2019 is 3,802 million baht.
