Anantara Siam Bangkok and the Thai Sommelier Collective are excited to bring the next edition of 'Kin Kao Jib Wine’ event taking place on Saturday 1 August 2020 to Madison, a designer steakhouse. The six-course dinner is an exclusive opportunity to tap into the knowledge of expert sommeliers who have selected a secret vintage to pair with each course.
On the menu are such delicacies as sushi bar favourite Hamachi with Tiger’s Milk; lobster with pomelo and nutty beurre noisette; saffron turbot served with Piccalilli; quail with foie gras; and a succulent Wagyu rib eye. Those with a sweet tooth have Caramelia Chocolate to look forward to – made with passionfruit, hazelnuts and coffee it makes for the perfect closing note.
When the courses are served, guests will blind taste the wines and give their scores. After the conclusion of the final course, the winning label and sommelier will be announced.
