This high season, Phuket's Brunch scene is being taken to a new level, with four pop-up food journey escapes at Anantara Layan Phuket Resort. Its famous beach side terrace restaurant, Dee Plee will each week be turned into a culinary explosion of the best dishes from both the resort and Phuket's best restaurants and chefs.

Throughout November, both in-house and outside guests will be treated to award-winning contemporary dishes from some of the finest chefs in Phuket and Thailand. These include Chef Noi Thammasak from Suay Restaurant, Chef Nikola from Issara Restaurant & Bar, Chef Saritwat from Nitan, Chef Tom from Surf & Turf and all working alongside Anantara Layan's Executive Chef, Wade James.

Each restaurant will transform the famous terrace of Dee Plee into a beachfront food fusion festival, not to be missed. With modern takes on traditional flavors and dishes from both around the world and here in Thailand, while DJs spin mellow tunes in a breezy beachfront atmosphere. Anantara Layan's pop-up guest chef brunch will take over Phuket's foodie scene, enticing connoisseurs from near and far throughout the month of November.

Chef Noi is undoubtedly one of Thailand's most notable chefs. Nitan is a comfortable gastronomic destination where people can indulge in beautifully and tastefully crafted food inspired by global influences, accompanied by genuine hospitality. Located in laidback Cherntalay, Phuket.

Executive Chef Sariwat Wanvichitkhun is the creative visionary behind Nitan, who was born and raised in Phuket and Bangkok. He practised at a 2 Michelin Starred, Mezzaluna before joining Nitan.

At the restaurant, dishes and flavour combinations are reinterpreted to reflect Chef Sariwat's lives. Combining his Thai heritage and French culinary training, Nitan presents innovative and well-balanced dishes that utilise the best seasonal produce and ingredients from around Thailand.
