Culinary Stars join hands to crafts mesmerising flavours at The Okura Prestige Bangkok

An old saying has it that 'many hands make light work' and as part of its ongoing 10th anniversary celebrations this year, The Okura Prestige Bangkok is delighted to put that saying to the taste test in a wonderful culinary collaboration with sister property, Hotel Okura Amsterdam.

Welcoming the talented chefs from Michelin two-star restaurant Ciel Bleu and one-star restaurant Yamazato in Amsterdam to Thailand to team up with their counterparts at one-star Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu and Michelin Guide Selection restaurant Yamazato in Bangkok to craft exceptional culinary experiences across two 4-Hand Dinners that will take place on 23rd and 24th of October 2022 respectively.

On Sunday, 23 October 2022 - Chef Gerard Villaret Horcajo of Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu welcomes his mentor, the much-celebrated Chef Arjan Speelman of sister restaurant Ciel Bleu in Amsterdam, for a very special dinner encompassing a mesmerising 'guestronomic dining journey' that takes patrons on a captivating six-course dinner through fine French cuisine infused with delicate Japanese touches.
