A culinary virtuoso, Chef Luca Russo's extensive experience encompasses some of the world's most prestigious establishments. His gastronomic sojourn includes stints at Assaje at the Aldrovandi Villa Borghese, Giuda Ballerino in Rome, Locanda del Pilone in Piedmont, and the illustrious La Pergola at the Waldorf Astoria Rome. Most recently, Russo was the Sous Chef at Zaranda in Mallorca, Spain, a two-Michelin star restaurant.
At Red Sky, Chef Luca Russo has meticulously designed a new menu that is nothing short of a culinary masterpiece. Starting with the succulent Mazara Red Prawns, served with capsicum coulis, lemon mayo, and pink garlic gel, the menu continues to tantalise the palate with Wagyu Beef Tartare, featuring Piedmont hazelnuts and summer truffles.
