Cited for the honor was the bank’s Soccer MasterCard which allows cardholders to choose the design of their card from 16 hottest football teams.
Financial institutions across Southeast Asia were recognized for their outstanding work, sweeping a significant 40 percent of the 66 awards presented in the MasterCard Asia/Pacific Marketing Leadership Awards 2005 contest. Financial institutions in Thailand walked away with four out of a total of 27 awards that went to regional institutions.
