The road to justice is twisted! Previously, the Strike Team had to take down the Armenians and find Margos when Aceveda reveals that they are the sole target. Claudette puts her career on the line when she defies David’s orders to put a case to rest which may prove the innocence of convicted felons…
With Captain David Aceveda now elected as City Council Mayor, there is a new Captain at the Barn. Monica Rawlings (Glenn Close) replaces David and things are not going smoothly as she moves into the precinct. Rawlings arrives just in time to help with the investigation of the murder of an immigrant family. The now disbanded Strike Team leaves each man to his own and Vic goes on a hunt for the new community gang leader End.
