We are doing this in a fun way with demonstration games and also offering free t-shirts to customers at the booth.”
Bualuang iBanking customers rose more than 70% last year in comparison with the previous year. Online transactions also increased by more than 120%. And, the Bank expects to see even bigger growth in the coming year.

(Financial Insights - Internet Banking Forecast 2003 - 2007: Vibrant Growth Ahead). Bangkok Bank believes in the importance of Bualuang iBanking service which enhances customer’s convenience. The Bank has continuously expanded the range of its services.
“Bangkok Bank has the largest customer base in Thailand, and is committed to providing opportunities for customers to gradually use other Bank products and services. Students are one of Bualuang iBanking’s major targets for this year especially those universities that have Bangkok Bank’s micro branches. Students who use the Bank’s products become long-term customers after they graduate,” Chayanuj said.
“Bualuang iBanking is a convenient service that meets the student’s needs. Students no longer have to travel to the Bank or leave home during the night to do their transactions. They can top up their mobiles for 1-2-Call and Happy, buy internet hours, transfer funds or view balances. Bualuang iBanking makes their lifestyle easier. The Bank also waives entrance fees and annual fees” Chayanuj added.
Bualuang iBanking has recently introduced the International Funds Transfer via Bualuang iBanking. It enables customers to transfer money to other countries anywhere anytime without having to travel to the Bank.
