SC Asset appoints a Real Estate Professional to manage BHT 5,000 million portfolio, emphasizing the professional image of the genuine Real Estate professional developer
SC Asset recently appoints Sahat Tantikun, a real estate professional as Managing Director, to manage and direct a portfolio of BHT 5,000 million. This newly appointment has strengthened its image as the genuine real estate professional developer. The company confirms that its new projects including single house, townhouse and condominium will be launched in prime locations under the theme “I-home Concept”. This concept will be communicated to the market via 3 major brandings — Bangkok Boulevard, Vista Park and Centric Scene, to strengthen the image of the leading real estate developer of technological innovation.
Ms. Busaba Damapong, Chairman of SC Asset Corporation PLC (SC) breaks the appointment news of Mr. Sahat Tantikun as President. He is a well-qualified professional who is experienced and knowledgeable. He has the right ingredients to become the president with skills and expertise in all facets of real estate business. The announcement of the appointment is made on October 3, 2005.
Mr. Sahat Tantikun has expressed his management direction and operational plan by emphasizing the need to give full priority to sustainable growth. He expects sales revenue in housing and office rental segments with a proportion of 50-50. He further adds that the company will tailor its strategy to be in line with market needs in order to differentiate its superior market offer and unique selling proposition.
Operational plan in the last quarter of 2005 will place focus on its location diversity with high potential and will cover not only single house, townhouse and condominium, but also office rental segments. SC Asset will continue to lead the introduction of technological innovation and modern IT-oriented lifestyle. These featured highlights have been unique and well accepted by the market. The total value of all SC projects is BHT 5,000 million worth.
Energy saving and IT focus concept has been tremendously successful. I-Home has added value to customer groups that are diverse and volatile. All SC projects are connected to major transportation networks including expressway, and new BTS projects.
SC will continue to propose more projects to the market. It will launch 2 more projects in prime location with a market value of BHT 2,500 million. Single house “Bangkok Boulevard” will embrace a 74? rai, a total of 242 units with a selling price range of BHT 4.54-10 million called Bangkok Boulevard RAMA V. This project is modern-colonial in style and valued at BHT 1,600 million. On top of this huge project, SC will also launch Vista Park Vibhavadee, 3-storey townhouse on a land piece of 23 ? rai. A total of 202 units, with a selling price range of BHT 3.9-6 million and a total value of BHT 890 million, is planned.
For the first half of 2005, the company has total revenue of BHT 745 million and profit of BHT 180 million. Last two projects launched so far this year are Centric Scene and Vista Park.Centric Scene Phaholyothin 9 is a luxury condominium near Aree BTS station located just the opposite of Shinawatra Tower 2 on 1 ? rai land piece, 24-storey high, 206 units, sized 45-114 square meters and selling price range between BHT 2.97 million and BHT 4 million. Total project value is BHT 720 million. Vista Park Watcharaphol is a 3-storey townhouse project on 14 ? rai land piece, a total of 115 units and selling price range between BHT 2.85 million to 3.69 million. Total Vista Park project value is recorded at BHT 380 million.
