Star Resort Group (SRG) has announced that it has been appointed to advise Piazza San Lorenzo on the structure of its club program as well as to oversee the marketing and sales for Villa Verona, the Private Residence Club on the San Antonio River Walk. SRG acquires, develops, and markets projects for its own account as well as providing sales and marketing, development and management expertise to other hospitality operators, landowners and builders. SRG also provides financing assistance and can become a strategic investor in instances where the company is involved in the development, marketing or management of a project.
John Kazanjian, Executive Vice President of Star Resort Group expects that "affluent families from Mexico who love San Antonio will be a huge market for PRC memberships, along with Texans from Dallas, Austin and Houston who view San Antonio's River Walk as their playground." According to Kazanjian, sales of the deeded fractional interests are projected to generate $115 million.
The mixed-use Piazza San Lorenzo, of which the Villa Verona is a part, is a $77 million mixed-used commercial and luxury lifestyle residential project on a key piece of San Antonio's downtown real estate located along the River Walk. The project includes a community piazza, river and street level restaurants, boutique retail shops, 25 whole ownership and 50 fractional ownership residences.
Laurence J.
