Bangkok--Mar 3--SET
Thailand’s Bond Electronic Exchange (BEX) approved the listing of 12 bond
issues of treasury bills (T-bills) as well as two issues of Bank of Thailand (BOT)
bonds, collectively worth THB96 billion (approx. USD2.43 billion). These bonds,
issued in February 2006, will commence trading in March 2006 (during Mar. 6 — 27).
All 12 issues of the treasury bills will have less than a 6-month
maturity, carry no interest, and are short-term bonds of the Ministry of Finance.

With the listing of these treasury bills and BOT bonds, the total
outstanding value of all bonds on the BEX will be increased to THB3.686 trillion.
