Lalin Property Public Company Limited announces first quarter performance posting total income realization worth 582 million baht, of which 578 million baht was attributed to sales. Initial profit and net profit are at 250 million baht and 132 million baht respectively. The company prepares to open The Young Executive and The Balcony Town Home — 2 latest housing projects in the areas of Suwarnnabhumi — Onnuch — Bangna and Udomsuk 103 — to confirm its stand on the view of the market, where homebuyers demand good location at reasonable prices.
Chaiyant Chakarakul, Chief Executive Officer of Lalin Property Public Company Limited, disclosed that in the first quarter of 2006, both factors from in and outside country, Political are the inside problems. It effect to economic and international investment in country, and a number of demand of purchase seems slightly decrease. Whereas the price of oil are unstable, and seems over 70 dollars per barrels from argument between Iran and Permanent members (P5) Moreover, United State of America’s interest has adjusted 22 times to 5.00% ,in present.
The affect of both political and oil’s price has influenced the demand of purchase. Nevertheless, they believe that in 3 and 4 quarter the crisis situation will be better after the government was organized and it will build credit to investor and consumer.
Lalin property has also adjusted the strategies to suit the situation and fulfilled the consumer’s need. 1) Control all over the budget . 2) Design products to suited consumer’s need. 3) Location and Consumer behavior research are included in strategy plan.
