‘Ocean Property’ responds to the increasing demand of city center condominiums, opening ‘O2 HIP Condominium’ in Bangkok’s prime area of Soi Nai Lert near the British Embassy

Mrs. Nussara says that “I am confident that this project is different from other nearby projects because it can respond to the needs of new generation workers in the city who would like to buy a condominium for their own convenience because living here they can mainly commute to work by BTS. Also, the current needs of consumers have changed from the fact that gas prices have become much more expensive and fluctuant; more new generation workers look for another residence in the city closer to their offices so they can have more time for leisure. Also here, there are all kinds of facilities that enable them to have a better quality of life that is more convenient.”
