Home Builder Association hope to stimulate purchase during latter half of 2006 by highlighting Home Builder Exhibition 2006 as the venue for sales turnover generator. Its attempt is to seek cooperation from members to offer promotional campaigns to stimulate purchase. It also introduce a few campaigns of its own to offer car, swimming pool, gold necklace to participants and visitors so as to urge target groups to spend their savings on home builders service. Its aim is to reach BHT 800 million sales turnover during the event and BHT 3,000 - 4,000 million afterwards.
Mr. Sakda Kovisut, the president of the Home Builder Association discloses that after home builder market' slow growth during the first half of 2006, the association hopes to stimulate sales turnover and trigger market buying behavior during the Home Builder Exhibition 2006 to be staged during August 16 to 20, 2006 at QSNCC. The event will well serve as the sales generator and stimulator. Number of members who will participate in the event will hit the record high. Material construction vendors, financial institutions as well as the association will introduce joint campaigns to attract and stimulate buying decision. It is expected that all efforts will trigger buying decision among visitors to the event
Major promotions include that from Four Pattana Ltd, who will offer discounts of BHT 1 million and BHT 10 - weighed gold once the client make a deposit to buy home builder services. Moreover, 5 of those who register in the company booth will be entitled to be rewarded a 2 day package tour to the World Royal Floral Expo 2006 in Chiang Mai and voucher to the Nitaya Grilled Chicken Restaurant. Four Develop House Ltd will give instant 5% discount and BHT 100,000 price reduction to those who make a decision to build a house at the event as well.
Patum Design Develop Ltd will give priivilege of BHT 80,000-800,000 price reduction and 2 seats 3- day- 2 -night package tour (Bangkok-Chiang Mai) to attend World Royal Floral 2006 to those who decide to build a house value no more than BHT 4 million. Heritage house will give discount of a total value of BHT 200,000 to BHT 1,000,000, and souvenirs to those who decide to choose its service during the event. Home Standard Develop Ltd will give discount of BHT 600,000. Modern Group Real Property will give 5% discount and 2 seats package tour to Australia. Maker Home Ltd will give beautiful garden and sprinkle system to those who book the services with Maker Home Ltd.
Landy Home Ltd agrees to sell first 5 houses at BHT 2,750,000, a discount total value of BHT 325,000, kitchen set from Modern Form value at BHT 50,000 - 300,000 and petrol coupon of BHT 500 to 50,000. Three D Housing Ltd will introduce OH George promotion campaign, a 0% and -2% interest rate as well as BHT 5,000 down payment. Saha Sutha Ltd will give a discount of 6-8%. The Emperor House Ltd will give BHT 500,000 gift voucher to buy furniture from Leo Angelo, Italy to those who book C-series in the event. Mika Group Ltd will give BHT 10-weighed gold to those who sign a contract to build a home value no more than BHT 5 million and BHT 20-weighed gold to those who intend to build BHT 5-10 million, BHT 30-weighed gold to those who intend to build BHT 10-15 million, and BHT 40-weighed gold to those who book the service to build BHT 15-20 million house and Ayudtthaya Builder will give maximum price reducing BHT 400,000 including premium grade of building material in standard building material grade price.
"This year home builder market has slowed down and the association would like to stimulate the market. Campaigns from member companies are interesting and will help boost buying decisions among target groups. We expect sales turnover of BHT 800 to be generated during the event and BHT 3,000-4,000 million afterwards", adds Sakda.
Sakda further adds that number of home builders companies joining the event is highest ever. Government Housing Bank and the Association agree to give away 12 style one-storey home designs with utility space between 60-100 square meters. These designs are for those who start a new family or those with elders in the family. Those interested can receive the designs during the exhibition. The Government Housing Bank will also offer special interest rate to those asking for house loan during the event. Lucky draw winner prizes of Toyota Yaris, Swimming pool from JD Pools, 10 pieces of BHT 1 -weighed gold necklace will be given to loan requesters during the event. On top of numerous promotion campaigns, architect/engineer expert booth will also give advices to visitors and discuss quality standard concepts with visitors who visit the expert booth.
