Following the success of the Beverly Hills-style single detached house project “Crystal Park”, Thailand’s leading property developer K.E. Land plans to launch the first and biggest Californian-style shopping center on Pradit Manutham Road “The Crystal”. The 600-million-baht project on 15 Rais is projected to draw at least 8,000 high-end customers per day.
K.E. Land Managing Director Kaveepan Eiamsakulrat said The Crystal is the company’s first shopping center project after the company, having been the developer of premium single detached housing project, foresees the potential of Eakamai, Ladprao and Ramintra areas where more than 300 housing projects are located.
He expressed confidence that The Crystal will be well received as it helps ease shopping lifestyle of people residing in Eakamai, Ladprao and Ramintra areas as well as other neighboring areas. The Crystal, in addition, will act as a new location for people to relax, hang out, dine and shop everyday.
“The construction is now reaching the pile-driving process, expected to be complete for the grand opening by late 2007. The project’s target mainly covers families and people with stylish lifestyle, who live in Eakamai, Ladprao and Ramintra areas, earn high monthly income and prefer outstanding and relaxing shopping center” added Mr. Kaveepan.
Executive Director Supanavit Eiamsakulrat furthered that The Crystal is the first and biggest Californian-style shopping center on Pradit Manutham Road. The architectural design, interior design and landscape perfectly combine the contemporary design style with natural atmosphere around the project, reflecting shoppers’ trendy but superior lifestyle.
The Crystal contains a variety of shops and services including supermarket, restaurants and patisseries, coffee shops, banks, boutiques, sport gear shops, electrical appliance shops, beauty parlors and clinics, IT shops, language and music schools as well as occasional events.
Expected to support 8,000 customers in weekdays and more than 10,000 ones in weekends, The Crystal is a two-storey project with the total of 15-rai area, 400 parking lots and 15,000-square meter building area. Several shopkeepers have shown interest in renting as much as 80% of the available space.
