Blue Elephant Cooking School and Restaurant, one of the most renowned and recognized Thai cuisine restaurants, is preparing for this festive season a combination of mouth-watering dishes and delightful and memorable experiences to carry you forward to 2007.
The Christmas celebration will be adorned with an array of newly created set menus, while the Blue Elephant classic menu will continue to be available. Among many scrumptious dishes created specifically for this season by Blue Elephant’s famed Executive Head Chef, Chumpol Jangprai, are roasted fillet young “USA Turkey” rolls with Foie Gras, served with sweet potato puree and tamarind sauce and Sea Urchin Roe souffl? in banana leave, perfumed with red curry and kaffir lime leaves. The special set menu is available at Baht 1,900++ per person from December 23 — 26, 2006. Blue Elephant Santa will be waiting to wish you a Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas and presents will be giving to all. A wonderful Christmas decoration together with Trio Band for Western Style music will add to the evening of joy and bliss!
New Year’s Eve is incomplete without champagne that is why our Chef Chumpol has designed the set menu with a little break, “Blue Elephant Champagne’s Sorbet” to refresh your palette. Delicious Zakouski (pre-starter dishes) is prepared only for this special evening, with special selections of dishes that guarantee to delight you all. There’s no better way to start your sweet New Year, Blue Elephant sweet selection that will satisfy your very taste. The set menu is available only the eve of the New Year at Baht 2,950++ per person. Bubbly lovers can enjoy the set with a glass of Gosset “Excellent” Brut at Baht 3,450++ per person. To please the eyes, Blue Elephant is preparing an eye-catching colorful flower decoration as a background for a beautiful Thai performance with the music to please the ear that will entertain you to the count down to 2007.
