Sigve Brekke, Chief Executive Officer of Total Access Communication (DTAC) signed a bilateral interconnection agreement with Wichian Mektrakarn, President of Advanced Info Service PLC (AIS). The rates are in accordance with the Reference Interconnection Offer (RIO), which the NTC approved on August 24, 2006.
The operators are requested to submit the final bilateral agreement to the NTC for approval within 15 days. DTAC signed its first bilateral interconnection agreement with TrueMove on November 17, 2006.
